If we were judging toys on their ability to grab attention, then this little pup (above, top) would certainly be leading the pack. And he’s got plenty to bark about too, from his 100% organic cotton outer to a biodegradeble corn fibre inner!
Kik & Boo is a French brand with a Dutch born creator and designer, Coty Jeronimus, at its helm; hence the name which is derived from the Dutch expression kiekeboo and means ‘peek a boo’ in English.
Coty’s intent was to produce a playful range of earth friendly kids’ products, something that’s been brilliantly achieved in the bubbly collection which carries Oeko Tex 100 certification and recycled swing tags.

Today it seems only fitting to introduce you to the ♥ Global Green Pals. The five fab friends (and no doubt your child’s new bestie!) stand 12” tall, and come packing a fair bit of eco nous; Pani Rani, or ‘Water Princess’ grew up in India and knows how important water is to kids, while Clean Air Kate loves .. yep, clean air, which is why she also loves to plants trees and ride her bike!
Each eco role model is handmade in Sri Lanka (the manufacturer was given a ‘Garments Without Guilt’ award in 2009) from organic cotton stuffed with recycled PET fibre, and carries a recycled card with some cool eco tips to get your kids started on the green track.
